Shipping policy

All package ship via USPS first class mail with tracking. (3-7days)
*upgrade to priority available at checkout (2-3days)

Please allow 1-2 business days for ready to ship orders.

Custom Orders
may take 1-2 weeks or 2-3 weeks (this does NOT include weekends and holidays) depending on availability.

Orders of mass quantities may take longer. Please pm for estimated time.
Please be aware that the Post Office does not guarantee their time frames on Priority mail or First Class Mail shipments. If you need the items by a certain date and are ordering last minute, please be aware of this. Once I have mailed the package, I have no control over the time frame in which it arrives. It does not always arrive by the estimated date the Post Office quotes.

Rush Processing may be purchased for an additional fee.


International shipping available.
-USPS International (2-4 weeks, depend on customs process.)
-USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days)

*Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid at the time of delivery. To remain ethical in our business practices, we cannot mark international shipments as "gifts" unless they are indeed gifts and are noted as so in the “notes to seller” box. Thank you for your understanding with this.

LOST/DAMAGED BY POST OFFICE
We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not been received within 2 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (6 weeks for international), please contact us via Etsy message and we will look into your order details and can assist you in getting it straightened out with USPS. Thank you for your understanding with this.

RETURNED MAIL
If a package is returned because the address provided to us via Etsy was not correct, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and the buyer will need to re-pay shipping and handling costs before we will send the package again.

REFUSED/UNCLAIMED MAIL
If delivery is refused by recipient or package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded unless the package returns to us. If the package does return, a refund will be applied for the cost of the items only.
